Medusa Beats celebrate the spirit of pulse and vertigos created by playing sounds and lines that are locked seemingly by surprise. This new international group features three activists and forerunning musicians who are as often leaders as they are sidemen. They are three multi-awarded composers and players of renown, imagining a music of today and tomorrow, three virtuosos on their instruments they play and approach like inventing them again, as well as three leaders of acclaimed bands that tour the international jazz and new music festivals scene worldwide.
